UEFA Women’s Euro – EM 2022
Invited by UEFA and @gate11 to represent The Danish Women National Football team, at the 2022 UEFA European Women’s Football Championship in London this summer.
The artwork will be exhibited in London among the artworks of 16 female artists each representing their country of the competing teams. Thank you so much Ben @gate11.co and Christian @uefa for making this happen and for the invitation to be a part of this.
All artists was invited by UEFA to a weekend in London to see the EM final match and to see the exhibition f the posters.
UEFA article: “UEFA invited artists from participating nations in this summer’s tournament to create an image inspired by the game in their country. The result is a kaleidoscope of styles and strokes united in one gallery at UEFA’s official headquarters on the banks of Lake Geneva in Switzerland.
The artworks will be heading to England this summer, where the biggest ever edition of the Women’s EURO starts at Old Trafford, Manchester on 6 July.”
